About Opti
The K2 and K2+ were replaced by the GoBoShow
and GoBoPro which were introduced in 1999 and
2000 respectively.
The GoBo Range of projectors was developed and
launched to satisfy the needs of a growing retail and
display market for attention grabbing projection and
promotions.
Also in 1999, in response to the fact that most clients referred to
Optikinetics as OPTI, the company rebranded its two main product areas
under the main umbrella of [OPTI].

These became [OPTI] Kinetics - Effects and Effects
Lighting Equipment and [OPTI] Trilite - Structural
Systems.

In 2002 OPTI Kinetics introduced IR Remote control
for many Effect Accessories, to make control easier
after installation.
In 2003 DMX options for the K4, Club Strobeflower,
Terrastrobe, GoBoShow and GoBoPro were
introduced along with a DMX controllable X-Y Mirror.
