Available in a range of speeds and used to rotate OPTI Solar 250 6 inch Effect Wheels thus producing a constantly moving image.
1/2 rpm is recommended for use with the Liquid Wheel and most other 6 inch Effect Wheels.

The higher speeds can be used with Distortion, Spektraflash and Fader Wheels to create fast dynamic effects, although these wheels can also be used with slower speed rotators to create more subtle moving images.

Solar 250 Wheel rotators are available in the following speeds: 6 minute FG6380. 1/2 rpm FG6340. 5 rpm FG6350. 20 rpm FG6360. Animator (bi-directional) 30 rpm FG6379.

Solar 250 Wheel SafeSolar 250 Wheel Safe

OPTI Solar 250 Wheel Safes are enclosed versions of OPTI Solar 250 Wheel Rotators that give added protection to OPTI 6" Effect Wheels. Available as standard in 1/2 and 5 rpm. Other speeds are available to special order 1/2 rpm FG0066 5 rpm FG0064

Variable Speed and Direction Wheel Rotator


The slow medium Solar 250 VSD wheel rotator has a huge speed range of between 50 minutes per revolution to 5 revolutions per minute. Speed and direction are remotely controllable by the infra red hand controller, or pre-set manually.
